Are you a passionate barista who loves connecting with customers? Be part of the journey as we rebrand our small, independent cafe into something extraordinary. We’re looking for a friendly and skilled Front-of-House (FOH) Barista to bring energy, quality, and personality to our team.
We are an independent multi-site café with a deep care for simplicity, quality and hospitality. We specialise in specialty coffee, matcha and freshly prepared food.
What You’ll Do:
• Actively engage with every customer, creating a warm and welcoming experience. • Take direct orders with efficiency and a personal touch, ensuring every customer feels valued. • Craft exceptional coffee and matcha drinks, maintaining our high standards. • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house space. • Carry out scheduled daily and weekly tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
• Barista experience within a busy speciality coffee shop. • Fast workflow and confidence producing high quality drinks to customers under demand. • A genuine love for customer interaction and a passion for great service. • Strong communication skills and organised. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll be working with:
We have a 2 group ‘Faema Presidente’ espresso machine, Mahlkonig E65s, Mahlkonig EK43 grinders. We work with Colonna Coffee as our house roaster.
